The Lake Hotel are delighted to announce the appointment of Javier González as their new Restaurant Manager. Javier has been an integral team member at The Lake Hotel for over 6 years, having previously held Duty Manager, Head Waiter, and Commis Chef roles. A native of Cádiz in the South of Spain, Javier has gained over 12 years hospitality experience in both Spain and Ireland. Javier has a wealth of industry knowledge and a passion for delivering exemplary service with the warmest of welcomes.
Also joining the team at The Lake Hotel’s award winning Castlelough Restaurant is Kiran Soodeelah. Kiran has been appointed as Assistant Restaurant Manager. With over 25 year’s industry experience, his career has been filled with prestigious establishments including Treyvaud’s Restaurant and The Great Southern Hotel. Having previously worked at The Lake Hotel in 2016, Kiran is extremely familiar with the luxury, family-owned property and is delighted to return as Assistant Restaurant Manager.
Javier and Kiran were welcomed by HR Manager Sarah Mannix who commented, “We are delighted to appoint Javier as Restaurant Manager, he is a wonderful asset to The Lake Hotel and his expertise will bring a fresh approach to our Castlelough Restaurant, enhancing the overall dining experience.”
