Deer printed carpet, plush blinds and curtains, eye catching cream wooden pillars and, the installation of a new breakfast buffet area are just some of the enhancements. From foraged herbs to the very best game, the Castlelough Restaurant team use years of diverse experience and skills combined with the very best seasonal produce from local suppliers to create an unforgettable dining experience.
Choose from either a two or three course dining experience accompanied by amuse bouche, homemade breads, tea and coffee and petit fours.

Restaurant information
The Castlelough Restaurant is open daily for breakfast from 8 am to 10.30 am (7.30am-10.30am in high season) and from 6pm-9pm for dinner service.
There are vegan and vegetarian options available and other dietary requirements can also be catered for (advanced notice is helpful).
