Lake Hotel Garden & Beehives
Our Lake Hotel Garden was created by Executive Chef Noel Enright and his team, it is wonderful to see our very own herbs and vegetables flourish on the grounds of the hotel.
We also have our own Lake Hotel Bees producing Lake Hotel Honey. Beehives bring such sweet rewards beyond honey, they support pollination and enhance biodiversity. The Lake Hotel honey is harvested by local beekeepers Pat & Steve O’Connor from Killarney Blossom Honey.
